- Focus on opportunities rather than problems.
- Run productive meetings.
- Think “We” rather than “I”.
- Take responsibility for decisions.
- Develop action plans.
- Ask “What needs to be done?”
- Ask “What is right for the enterprise?”
- Take responsibility for communicating – listen first.
